Terms of Use - Towniz

Welcome to Towniz, a mobile game operated by My Town Games Ltd, Israel (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Towniz game, services, and related content (collectively, the “Service”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Age

Towniz is intended for users of all ages, including children.

Users under the age of 13 may use the Service, and parental involvement is encouraged where appropriate.

By using Towniz, you confirm that you are legally permitted to use the Service in your place of residence.

2. Accounts & Guest Access

Account creation is optional. Users may play Towniz as guests.
A Towniz account is required to:
- Save game progression across devices
- Create and share houses
- Access Creators Club and Builder Club subscription features
Purchases and subscriptions are managed by Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Amazon Appstore and do not require a Towniz account to restore.

You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

3. Subscriptions

3.1 Subscription Plans

Towniz offers subscription plans including, but not limited to:

Creators Club
Builder Club

Subscriptions may unlock additional tools, assets, exclusive features, and creation or sharing capabilities.

3.2 Free Trial

Certain subscriptions include a 30-day free trial.

If not canceled before the end of the free trial, the subscription will automatically convert into a paid monthly subscription.

3.3 Billing & Renewal

Subscriptions are billed monthly
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
Payments are processed exclusively via Apple, Google, or Amazon

Towniz and My Town Games Ltd do not process payments directly.

4. Virtual Items & Currency

Towniz may include virtual items and virtual currency.

These items:

Have no real-world monetary value
Are non-transferable
Are non-refundable, except where required by law
Cannot be exchanged for real money or services

5. User-Generated Content

5.1 Content Creation

Only users who:

Have an active subscription (Creators Club or Builder Club), and
Have a Towniz account

may create and share houses.

All content is created exclusively using in-game assets and elements.

Users may not upload external images, text, or media.

Interaction with shared content is currently limited to “likes”.

5.2 Ownership of Content

All content created by users in Towniz is owned by Towniz and My Town Games Ltd.

By creating content in the game, you agree that such content may be used anywhere and in any way, including in the game, marketing materials, advertising, social media, and promotional content, without compensation.

6. Community Rules

You agree not to:

Create or share content that is offensive, racist, discriminatory, violent, or inappropriate
Create content that promotes hate or harassment
Attempt to exploit, abuse, or harm other users
Attempt to bypass subscriptions, payments, or security systems
Use the Service for unlawful purposes

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

7. Modifications & Availability

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, including features or subscriptions, at any time.

We are not responsible for any loss resulting from such changes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no guarantees regarding availability, performance, or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

My Town Games Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to Towniz in the 12 months prior to the claim
